IBM Storwize V5030 Hyperswap v 7.7.1.3

Hi, I've installed latest stor2rrd to monitor an IBM  Storwize V5030 v 7.7.1.3 in Hyperswap mode.
Both the appliance and a fresh install (over CentOS 7) give me in the web console 0 capacity and no other information.
Can someone help me?

Hi,

can you see capacity in : menu --> storage --> pool --> capacity graphs?
Is data actual?
Could be that you have wrong time zone on the storage.

ok, you missing it compleetly.

is recognized by this:
su - stor2rrd # lpar2rrd on the appliance
cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd
./bin/config_check.sh


if status is "ok" then send us logs:

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd          # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
find data -exec ls -ld {} \; > tmp/list_data.txt
ps -ef |egrep "2rrd|svc|xiv|ds8|ds5|hus|vspg|netapp|horcm" >> tmp/list_data.txt
tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt tmp/*out # do not miss "h" option in tar
gzip -9 logs.tar
