Pod totals for namespace do not include old pods

When pods are restarted (deleted) and new pods start with a different name, the old pods no longer appear in the "Pod Totals" chart. This means that the data for the namespace does not show the correct historical usage. In this example the rook-ceph-osd pods were restarted.
