Connection to MSSQL is ok but there are no graphs

Hello,

Connection to MSSQL DB is ok and everything is OK

I have found an error:
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server]Connecting to a mirrored SQL Server instance using the MultiSubnetFailover connection option is not supported.

I guess this means I am out of luck

Try to apply the patch below and let it run for a while. The affected Instance should collect data, but keep an eye on other SQL Server Instances also and make sure they did not stop collecting data. If they stop and you need them more than this one then reapply the backup.

let us know how it went, this will help us determine next steps

1. backup your /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/bin/sqlserver-db2json.pl

2. apply this patch:

https://download.lpar2rrd.com/patch/7.34-7-6-g7100/sqlserver-db2json.pl.gz

Gunzip it and copy to /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/bin (755, lpar2rrd owner)

-rw-rw-r-- 1 lpar2rrd lpar2rrd 23104 Apr 14 08:57 sqlserver-db2json.pl

If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv sqlserver-db2json.pl.gz sqlserver-db2json.pl

Assure that file size is the same as on above example

Hello I have applied the patch.
It did not break currently working MSSQL connections / graphs.
I do not see any errors on "Health status" for this database but I still do not see any graphs

Try this patch, wait for at least 15 minutes, check a few graphs and send us output of the command below.

command:
tail /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/logs/error.log-sqlserver

patch:
https://download.lpar2rrd.com/patch/7.40-2-3-ged4e/sqlserver-db2json.pl.gz

Gunzip it and copy to /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/bin (755, lpar2rrd owner)

I have applied the patch and waited more then 60 min. Graphs did not appeared.
