All my VNX storages have the same error below, has anyone had this problem? Storage : EMC-VNX-7600-COMPARTILHADO Storage type : VNX IO/DATA limits : volume limits : IO_MAX:50; DATA_MAX:1024 RESPONSE_MAX:0.1 CACHE_MAX:1024 updating RRD : EMC-VNX-7600-COMPARTILHADO:VNX updating RRD : EMC-VNX-7600-COMPARTILHADO:/home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/data/EMC-VNX-7600-COMPARTILHADO/EMC-VNX-7600-COMPARTILHADO_vnxbconf_20211110_2235.out.tmp ERROR : EMC-VNX-7600-COMPARTILHADO : load_host failed: Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/LoadDataModule.pm line 1806.

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt
gzip -9 logs.tar

can you try this fix?

Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin (755, stor2rrd owner)

-rwxr-xr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 2336265 Nov 26 09:12 LoadDataModule.pm

If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv LoadDataModule.pm.gz LoadDataModule.pm

Assure that file size is the same as on above example

NOTE: use lpar2rrd user instead of stor2rrd if you are using our Virtual Appliance
