What we can't see are the graphs that are generated from the lamps inside the chassis

The incomplete state is shown in the hmc state. Since the chassis has an error. Our question is in case one of the hmc's loses the connection of one of the chais. There is a way to tell lpar2rrd to only extract the data from one of the two connected hmc's. In order not to lose the graphs. I don't know if I have expressed…

We return to detect the error that we indicated to you. When checking the graphics of the chassis we don't see the links of the graphics of the LPARES that contain it. We have launched the load.sh and we check the following error message from that chassis download data : hmca1:p-Hotel-9119-MHE-SN21ADF87 last 177486…

We haven't received data from that chassis since the condition of the chassis is incomplete in one of the two hmcs
-
We have the application configured in this way but it doesn't get the graphics out of the system that is in the wrong state in one of the two hmcs
-
The lpar2rrd application has the two hmc's connected so that data is collected from the two hmc's
-
The chassis is connected to two hmcs (redundant). We can indicate somehow to the software that it only collects the statistics of one of the two hmcs (the one that is correctly connected) so that the graphs of the chassis will come out.

There's no way you can just collect data from one of the hmcs

Thank you very much. I've already passed it on to https.

Reviewing more thoroughly, the error I see is that it doesn't show any of the chassis lpars in the menu on the right but when checking the configuration of this chassis if we see that the lpars appear

Pavel i have installed all prerequisites. thanks

Thanks Pavel, there's only one thing left that doesn't work for me: the pdf reports. The version we have installed is the 6.16 of lpar2rrd and the linux version is a RedHat78.

He's got everything back for me except the custom groups. There's a way to retrieve them from a file.

We cannot access the old apliance (as we do not have access via ssh). There is some way to download the historical data in order to perform the migration.
