HDS G600 Capacity not showing up

Can some help me that why at the capacity column for HDS G600 showing zero.

    cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd          # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
    find data -exec ls -ld {} \; > tmp/list_data.txt
    ps -ef |egrep "2rrd|svc|xiv|ds8|ds5|hus|vspg|netapp|horcm" >> tmp/list_data.txt
    tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt tmp/*out # do not miss "h" option in tar
    gzip -9 logs.tar

    Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com

    we see raidcom errors like
    raidcom: [EX_ENAUTH] Authentication failed with User

    raidcom: [EX_ERPERM] Permission denied with the RAID

    We are not sure about the cause, see that the first time.
    This is what manuall says, also not clear for us ... we are not hitachi experts.




    Do you se anything? What about suggested inqraid cmds?

    After upgraded HDS CCI and it is working now. Thank you for the help
