STOR2RRD - SMTP configuration

hope you are well. Do ou know how to configure smtp server or sendmail to receive alerts by email ?

Hi,

just configure your operating system to be able to send out emails as per your company's standarts.
We use sendmail. Once you configure it then it will work.
Test it like

mailx -s test test@test.com
test
.

I can't find sendmail configuration file. I am using xorux virtual appliance for test.

Hello,
there is Postfix MTA installed and running in Virtual Appliance, configuration is in /etc/postfix

Ok now with

mailx -s test test@test.com
test
.

I can receive emails, but when I try test alert button I receive nothing ....

Any clue guys ?

little bug, it does not have to generate an email alert every time.
It is already fixed in coming release 1.40

Ok now I can see some emails coming. But only text, no graphs is it normal ?

How do you have set "Include graphs" parameter in alerting options?
