NetApp E-Series only shows data for the last 2 weeks

Hello,

I’ve configured a NetApp E-Series 2806, Version 08.80.00.00, in Xormon 1.9 which only showed data for the current day.

After upgrade to 2.0.11 I can see data for the last 2 weeks, but not further back.

If I set custom date, e.g. “2025/10/29 14:31 – 2025/11/12 14:30” XorMon shows data, but for “2025/10/29 14:30 – 2025/11/12 14:30” no data are shown.

    UI --> (Help -->) Logs --> Support Log --> Export All Logs: follow the form

    I've uploaded the logs, as well screenshots for custom data range "2025/10/29 15:44 - 2025/11/12 15:44" which shows no data and for the range "2025/10/29 15:45 - 2025/11/12 15:44" with data.

    the issue was that the device does not provide regulat 5-minutes statistics samples.

    Workaround for this issue will be included in the next release XorMon 2.1.0.
