Proxmox Cluster data not collected

Hello.

I am currently testing XorMon as monitoring solution for our Company.

Currently, my biggest issue is not getting data from Proxmox cluster.

Connection test passes with no issues.

No data are collected. In log following errors are shown:

2025-10-30 12:40:02: Use of uninitialized value $mac_address[2] in join or string at /home/xormon/xormon-ng/server-nest/microservices/proxmox/proxmox-service.pl line 335.

2025-10-30 12:40:02: Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /home/xormon/xormon-ng/server-nest/microservices/proxmox/proxmox-service.pl line 328.

2025-10-30 12:20:12: Not an ARRAY reference at /home/xormon/xormon-ng/server-nest/microservices/proxmox/proxmox-service.pl line 327.

Any idea where to look?

I’ve prepared a fix for the Proxmox service.

Please install it using the following procedure:

1) use the following files as a fix.

https://download.xormon.com/patch/2.0.18-3-gbcd4/proxmox-service.pl.gz

Gunzip it and copy to this path in your Xormon application directory (755, xormon owner):

./server-nest/microservices/proxmox/

-rwxrwxr-x 1 xormon xormon 24998 Oct 30 14:20 ./server-nest/microservices/proxmox/proxmox-service.pl

If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv proxmox-service.pl.gz proxmox-service.pl

Make sure the filesize is the same as in the example above

2) restart microservices

cd /home/xormon/xormon-ng # or where is your Xormon application directory

./xormon.sh start proxmox

If the issue persists, please send me the logs for review.

UI --> (Help -->) Logs --> Support Log --> Export All Logs: follow the form

Send us generated file via https://upload.xormon.com?

Note a reference pls.

Thank you for quick fix, now I can see my Proxmox cluster in Server list.

I am waiting for metrics to be collected.
