SNMPv3 synology issue

I am having an issue polling a synology device using SNMPv3. it works on SNMPv2

This is the error I am getting.

We are using AuthPriv.

Double and triple checked info below

Any suggestions I am trying to sell this to mgmt so we can get full support

Hello,

you are using the AuthPriv security level, so you must enter privpass and authpass.

Please try this command

snmpwalk -v 3 -u 'username' -l AuthPriv -a SHA -A 'MyAuthPassword' -x AES -X 'MyPrivPassword' 'MySecretIP:161' 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5
