Microservices not active

Hi

i did a clean OS install as per the guide, and it is up in running, however when i add arrays to be monitored it says that the microservices "not active or registered"

When i go to the microservices they are indeed switched off and when i turn them on, they seem to switch of again, and this i when i noticed a few errors in the microservices and OS agent and Pure logs.

Is my installation perhaps missing some component(s)?

    Hi,


    it will probably be the missing perl package that prevents the start. Try looking in the pure log - server-nest/logs/pure-error.log


    or send the full logs and I'll take a look:


    UI --> settings --> Logs --> support logs: follow the form

    Send us generated file via https://upload.xormon.com

    Note a reference pls.
