"Test event alerting" does not work.

"Test event alerting" in "Options HW events" is not working.

I have specified a script in the "menu">"alert">"Options HW events">"External script for alerting" section and output to a log file on the server.

When I click the "Test event alerting" button, the log file is not created.
 Please let me know if there is any possible reason why "Test event alerting" cannot be executed.
