issue with Unity

appreciate your support as we have issue after add Unity box to stor2rrd tool
the new box not appears on capacity dashboard also the below error
"No rrd file found . Prediction failed"

  cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
  tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt
  gzip -9 logs.tar

  
  

  Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com

  it looks like you didn't receive an email from me.
  You probably filled incorrect email address in the upload form.
  
  Nevermind, here it is again:
  
  

  follow these steps and send us output.
  

  
  

  su - stor2rrd
  cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd
  ./bin/config_check.sh <alias of the affected Unity device>

  
  

  In the output from above commands you should find "uemcli" command.

  (something like this: "/usr/bin/uemcli -d asda -u asda -p XXX -noHeader /sys/general show -detail")

  
  

  Just copy&paste this command to the command line and replace "/sys/general show -detail" by this "/stor/prov/luns/lun show -detail -output nvp".

  Use password instead of XXX.

  After then execute this command and send us output.
