no alert of failed power supply on 3par

When a power supply on a cage failed, stor2rrd still shows the array as healthy in "Health Status" dashboard.

  is the power supply already replaced?

  It would help us to see the output from the following 3PAR CLI commands:

  3par cli% shownode -state
  3par cli% shownode -ps
  3par cli% shownode -d
  3par cli% showcage -i
  3par cli% showcage -d
