Hi,
In HPE-3PAR, when I use historical report to generate a report on a pool, it comes nothing. On other subsystems such as volume and port it is OK. I checked it on demo site also. It is the same. Would you please check it?

    When you set only one pool (FC_r1) , for only IO total from 06-29 to 06-30, it shows nothing. I attached the screenshot.

    Try this fix:

    https://download.stor2rrd.com/patch/2.81-26-gda8a/stor2rrd-cgi.pl.gz

    Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin (755, stor2rrd owner)

    -rwxr-xr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 29857 Jun 30 14:10 stor2rrd-cgi.pl

    If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv stor2rrd-cgi.pl.gz stor2rrd-cgi.pl

    Assure that file size is the same as on above example

    after copy script to bin directory

    refresh GUI.
