LPM causes data to disappear
Hi,
I moved LPAR using live partition mobility from one server to another.
The data collected for that LPAR from the OLD server disappeared from view - Now I can see data for that LPAR only from the NEW server.
Using terminal I can see the LPAR directory with the data files under both servers.
Is this a normal behavior ?
The data from the OLD server is important to us...

Hi,you should see old lpar data under : original server --> lpar --> removed --> your lparLPM support is part of the enterprise edition only, this assures that you always see lpar history no matter of any LPM moves.

Hi Pavel,
I'm OK with having the data under "removed" but it seem that after some time (1 month ?) the data is removed from the GUI completely so it's not even under removed.
Is this how it supposed to behave ?
And yea, I'm aware that there is no support for the LPM in the free version - I don't expect the data to show on the same graph etc...
Thanks in advance

yep, it is possible, they disappear from removed after some time, month could be that time
