GUI wont update from HMC

I added our IBM HMC-server to a LPAR2RRD and unfortunately the GUI wont be updated even though I have run ./load.sh from cd /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd and I have also waited more than 24hours.

What I can see when I run ./load.sh is a couple of json-error, see below:

menu : menu_xenserver.json is missing, force it to create a new one
menu : menu_ovirt.json is missing, force it to create a new one

I am guessing this might be the issue and I would like som assistance how to solve this, anyone?

Hi,

can you send us logs.

do you see servers/lpars at least in the menu?

Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form.

cd /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd # or where is your LPAR2RRD working dir

tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt tmp/*json

gzip -9 logs.tar

Hi Pavel, nope .... I cannot see any LPARs in the menu. I will collect the log files and upload them.
