Hi,

I configured HW event alerting.
All is good, i'm receiving email alerts.

My question is:
there is a way to add more details?
for example:
Can i add port description?
"STOR2RRD Health Status event for device <SW-NAME> The operational status of the port fc1-7 is down. The operational status reason is linkFailLossOfSignal."

I agree with the OP. It would be useful to have the port description shown in the content of the email. This would save me having to look it up. This is a Cisco example, but Brocade switches can also have a port name set.

Here is an example of an email for a port issue.
