  snmp command working fine, only Health status+ Configuration options are shown correctly in GUI. Data+ Frame options reported error   " Could not find ports for xxxxx"

  what is your version of stor2rrd?
  Send us also output from the following commands pls.
  
  

  cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
  ls -l data/*/*sanperf* | wc -l
