Migrating the app to a new server

Hi:

Recently I was able to get a better piece of hardware that I plan to migrate STOR2RRD to it.
Can I use the following procedure to migrate the existing data of the existing system and into the new one?
- install STOR2RRD on the new system
- from the old system copy etc/*, data/*, reports/*, logs/*
- shutdown the old system

What else I should move?
