Can I use another account instead of "lpar2rrd"?

Can I use another account instead of "lpar2rrd" on the IBM V7000 disk array for monitoring by on the Virtual Appliance. How should I change the configuration of the files in the Virtual Appliance (Xorux monitoring server)?

    yes, it is possible.
    For storages which doesn not allow to set user in their config lines in etc/storage-list.cfg (Storwize is one of them) there is used comon parameter STORAGE_USER or something like that in etc/stor2rrd.cfg.

    Thank you! I'll try. The reason for this functionality is due to the fact that the Storwize V7000 already has an account with Administrator role, but we doesn't have superuser password (to create "stor2rrd" account) and doesn't have ability to reset the superuser password.

    Thank you! Perhaps it is useful to someone. The public key managed to be tied to the account with Administrator role via the Web interface Storwize (in right up corner).
