2.10-01 BNA / SAN total graphs

Both "SAN SWITCH" and "SAN SWITCH BNA" sections' total graphs are empty even after 2.10-01 patch.
Also "SAN SWITCH BNA | Configuration" page shows only loading circle infinitely.
File "/home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/logs/error.log-192.168.168.168" contains such errors:

Which version of BNA you have used for developing / testing?
I have 12.4 and I suspect maybe you use 14 with different API?

    Hi,

    your right, we have developed it on 14.x.
    We have just found out that v12 use other commands.
    We got access to v12. We are looking into it. We will let you knowm hopefully we will resolve it soon.

    Hi everybody.
    2.10 version. On "San Totals" page on "data","frame","fabirc" on rrd-placements I see "Error happened. Check
     - $$LPAR2RRD_HOME$$/logs/error-cgi.log
     - Web server error log"

    On error-cgi.log see that:

    Fri Dec  8 11:12:04 2017: totals:IO:totals:san_fabric_data_in_bna:9: SAN SWITCH totals: totals:IO:san_fabric_data_in_bna:y: Can't open /var/www/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/tmp/SAN-totals/san_fabric_data_in_bna-y.cmd /var/www/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/detail-graph-cgi.pl:1289
    And if I look at /var/www/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/tmp/SAN-totals/ - there are no any files here.

    And as I see all other statistic collecting and rendering well.

    Send us logs pls. 
    Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form.

    cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
    ps -ef |egrep "2rrd" > tmp/ps_log.txt
    tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt
    gzip -9 logs.tar

    Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com
    You might even attach screenshots when it helps in understanding of the issue.
