Unity 300 Performance Data

Hi,

I'm installing an EMC Unity 300 on my Data Center and is 100% configured for file access. Any idea if the stor2rrd software can collect data from file in Unity or only in block?

    stor2rrd collects both data from Unity, file & block.

    Looking at your demo I verified that we have an issue generating performance data from Unity 300. After some minutes I verified the WEB interface and the unity-300 view was created fine but I didn't get any graph or detailed information. Checking my logs I got:

    Send us logs pls. Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form.

    cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd          # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
    tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt *out
    gzip -9 logs.tar

    Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com

    we would need this output:
    uemcli -d 10.129.26.135 -u <user> -p <password> -noHeader /metrics/metric -availability historical show -output csv >all_hist_paths.txt
    uemcli -d 10.129.26.135 -u <user> -p <password> -noHeader /stor/prov/luns/lun show -detail -output nvp >lun_cfg.tct

    remove from screenshot passwords at least, might be better to continue via email ( support@stor2rrd.com )
