Dell switch not able to find ports

got error on dell switchs. configure snmp v2.

error:
lan_sum_data_in:9: Could not find ports  in /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/sata/switch/PORTS.cfg /lhome/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/detail-graph-cgi.p1:2193


Switch model: Dell S4148T-ON
fw ver: 10.4.0E(R3)

Lpar2eed ver : 6.16

    Send us logs.
    Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form.

    cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir

    tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt

    gzip -9 logs.tar

    Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com
