Agent tabs items disappeared

After i added new HMCs to LPAR2RRD, they did not appear in the menu. I tried load.sh html and ctrl-f5, it did not work. So i cleared the tmp directories inside the lpar2rrd directory. After that whole menu disappeared. I found that tmp/menu.txt was not re-generated after the run. I copied it from www-tmp to tmp. After this, all menu came back. But the tabs in the Agent section only shows LPM & Memory. All other tabs have gone. How can i bring them back?

LPAR2RRD version is 4.81-004 full.
