VNXe - no data collection after upgrade to v2.52

Hello:

After I've upgraded STOR2RRD to version 2.52, data collection for my VNXe3200 (software version 3.1.8.9340299) stopped.

Connection to the storage is fine, all checks passed but still no data.

Please advise.

I'm sending over the logs.

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt
gzip -9 logs.tar

Hi,

you have to set "low verifying level" or you can use "medium" level, but you have to accept and store certificate at the first connection.

certificat issue also can resolve running this cmd and select option [3], change IP and password.

under stor2rrd account:

ok, just remove following files:

rm /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/data/VNXe-GWD/*perf_*

After then just wait about 1-2 hours.

Let us know if that helped.

If not, then send us new logs.

tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt
gzip -9 logs.tar
