DS8k Pool data cannot download

Hello Team,
Today i was upgrade my DSCLI (we was do the upgrade microcode in DS and CLI not work...). When i was end upgrade i was kill all the process Stor2rrd for DS8k.
Now i see not all data is collect (see 1.PNG and 2.PNG). I have no idea why stor do not download data from DS8k, path is the same and connection is ok.

As we see, Pool I/O data can not be downloaded ;(

but Pool I/O in back is downloaded without issues.

Any idea?
