analyzer-service issue

Hi

xormon2.0 , RedHat 9.6, Python 3.9.21, node v20.19.2

after upgrade to latest 2.0 version on RedHat 9.6, , i have some issue with analyser service:

first it woudn't start
i've applied a patch as described here: https://xormon.com/Enhanced-Predictions-troubleshooting.php
now service is up, but status show to many restarts

On GUI (Alerting - Anomaly) i see this message: Analyzer does not respond properly! Processing Error. Please follow troubleshooting.

analyser-error.log repetetely show this message:

I've already tried to re-run install and update all required packages from this manual:

Could you advice, please.

Hi Almor,

upgrade to our latest version 2.0.11 from https://xormon.com/download.php should help.

Try it and let us know, please.

magic. It works as expected.

Analyzer service is operating

Just one thing: the update was executed from a shell: ./xormon.sh upgrade /tmp/xormon-ng-2.0.11.tar.gz

At the end the scrpt doesn't exited. I had to end it by Ctrl-c
