Major feature enhancements

• VM availability checks via 'ping'
• A summary page with performance graphs, configuration tables and alerting data for every monitored item such as VM, storage, server ...
• AIX: filesystem topology mapping AIX (Filesystem ➡ Volume Group ➡ Disk ➡ Storage ➡ Pool ➡ Volume)
• AIX: error log collection and presentation in the UI (requires LPAR2RRD OS agent 8.1.0+)
