Oracle Database status

Hello team,

I have few Oracle databases. In Total menu two databases have status "red", but it seems that everything is fine:

But in Health status all of them are fine.

In settings I am able to test connection and data.

Could you please advice why status is "red" ?

Hello,

that is a status of the database => "Open" or "Closed" from gv$instance view and it is updated once per hour.

All of the databases are open, thats the case. It is like that for many weeks. what can be wrong?

moreover, as I wrote in my first post, "Health status" menu shows all db "green"

I've just checked and I can confirm, in view, status is OPEN for "red" db.

check last update timestamps under the tables

under the Total configuration table and also check it under the configuration table for the affected instances and send us screenshots
