SNMPv3 synology issue

I am having an issue polling a synology device using SNMPv3. it works on SNMPv2

This is the error I am getting.

We are using AuthPriv.

Double and triple checked info below

Any suggestions I am trying to sell this to mgmt so we can get full support

    what do you get when you use above snmpwalk cmd from connection test?
