HPE Primera not populating

Upgraded two appliances to 7.10 version recently.
Added properly the Primera A670 systems and test from GUI is working.
The systems are reporting in the capacity report, but not showing under the left pane as the others.
Please can be suggested any cause for this?

    Hi,

    is that 1hour+ sin ce you have added them?
    Try Ctrl-F5 in the browser.
    if nothing then send us logs

    Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form.

    cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir

    tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt

    gzip -9 logs.tar

    Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com

    Thanks. I waited for a while and performed additional troubleshoouting before send the files. I just uploaded the logs and screenshots for reference.
