API connection failed!!!

Hello All,

I am now experiencing the following error since changing the role of the stor2rrd user from monitor to admin for ssh
Bearing in mind I did the same action on 5 other cdot and not experiencing the same issue.

SSH connection OK

fist of all, why do you want to change stor2rrd role to admin?

Hi , I am using the stor2rrd user for doing remote ssh without requiring a password and launch scripts which requires admin role

do you get anything through: https://xxxxxxxx:443/servlets/netapp.servlets.admin.XMLrequest_filer

you can try to use it via wget if you do not have access to the storage from your PC.
