How can I log in to operate a system on XOURX (Rocky Linux 8) using ssh?

Are there some steps that can be taken before logging in?

can see the image ACCESS DENIED

I using credential root/xorux4you

  use lpar2rrd account instead with the same password, then "su -" to get root.

  Direct root login is not allowed due to security reasons
