Xormon-NG 1.6.10 to Pure Array 6.5.8 "API command 1.19/auth/apitoken failed"

I am trying to setup the NG appliance to connect to the noted Pure Array and receiving the following error during testing. This is the same regardless if I use the configured password for the user or a generated API Token for the user. The GUI has no option to apply both. Are there any thoughts as to what might be causing this issue.

Hello, We get this error when we try to test the connection between STORD2RRD version 7.80-1 and our Pure Storage FlashArray in version 6.5.x ?

Pure array doesn't show graphs

Hi all!

I have added a new Pure array to stor2rrd. It was added successfully. I can see some information about it

But there are no graphs. It shows errors instead of charts. Like these

How can I troubleshoot this?

FlashBlade Throughput and S3 Buckets Missing

I'm testing Stor2RRD with Pure FlashBlade running Purity version: 3.3.1 where only the S3 protocol is in use. Stor2RRD has been collecting for almost 3 hours now. The "/Pool/Data" (throughput) and "/Pool/Block Size" graphs show no activity. Everything else seems to be populating although the "/Pool/Response Time" graphs are reading much higher than what I see in the Purity GUI.

Since we are using only S3, the /IO (IOPs) measurement is of little value unless for S3 it means Objects/sec. Throughput is required to see how much data is flowing through GET or PUT operations. Additionally, the only stats I see under /S3 is /IO and /Response Time, so no /Data stat available.

I also don't see the S3 Buckets under /S3/Items.

Let me know if this is just how it works so far and if these things are planned for the future.

pure flash blade incorrect unhealthy status

Health state dashboard show pure flashblades as unhealthy, even though their own interface shows completely healthy.

There are some blades in "unclaimed" state, which is not an issue or error.

Exclude backup volumes and LUNs from collection

Hi,

I have a similar problem as described in the following post

Veeam creates a snapshot lun for each backup, I want to exclude it from the monitoring.

All Veeam-Luns are named like :

VEEAM-StorageLUNClone-0b3ea9577b7340008d93e575b953a573

Prefix "VEEAM-StorageLUNClone-" followed by a unique identifier.

How can I set that up?

And how can I delete the recordings for this Luns I have made so far?

Mirrored Writes not being graphed.

We have our pures setup as replication cluster. So we see no writes on pool or volume, instead we only have mirrored writes.

Is it possible to either add graphs for mirrored writes or use mirrored writes when normal writes are zero.

stor2rrd can't show graphics by custom group with PURE, it's work with other storage custom group.

I uploaded to STOR2RRD support.

Hello,
stor2rrd can't show graphics by volume if theres symbol "@" at the begining of volume's name. Those volumes created by array itself for it's internal apps so renaming them is not an option.

We are in the process of upgrading our Pure arrays from 4.10.10 to 5.3.0
For the arrays we have upgraded, I've noticed that no data is being collected and stor2rrd array log is saying

ERROR: API version or Cookie is not defined! :
ERROR: Login to API failed :

The non-upgraded arrays show for ./bin/config_check.sh purestorage-alias01

Purity version: 4.10.10

looking at https://arrayname/api/api_version

4.10.10 shows
{"version": ["1.0", "1.1", "1.2", "1.3", "1.4", "1.5", "1.6", "1.7", "1.8", "1.9", "1.10", "1.11", "1.12"]}

and 5.3.0 shows
{"version": ["1.0", "1.1", "1.2", "1.3", "1.4", "1.5", "1.6", "1.7", "1.8", "1.9", "1.10", "1.11", "1.12", "1.13", "1.14", "1.15", "1.16", "1.17", "2.0"]}

From a previous discussion here, I downloaded this

In Pure storage provision

Common-Datastore-for-Vcenter/M70-DC-AllDatacenter-01-store : XXX;

In stor2rrd v2.41 i can fix that by edit in detail-graph-cgi.pl

$volg=~ s/.*\/\s*//;

but in v2.50 its not working.

Pls fix that.
