No physical linux servers in the UI lpar2rrd menu

Hello,

I have just installed Lpar2rrd v7.06 on a ThinkSystem sr250 v2 with RHEL Linux 7.9. While the mainpurpose is to have a graphical console to monitor lpars from a Power 9, I have started testing with two physical linux servers - a Thinkpad with Linux Ubuntu and the same ThinkSystem with RHEL above. So, I have installed lpar2rrd linux agent on both machines with no problem. The agents communicate with the server and they send information to the server:

/usr/bin/perl /opt/lpar2rrd-agent/lpar2rrd-agent.pl -d 192.168.*.*:8162

which shows as a result:

.Agent send : yes : forced by -d

Agenet send slp: sending wait: 1

OS/HMC agent working for server: 192.168.*.*:8162

Store file for sendig is /vartmp/lpar2rrd-agent-192.168.*.*-usr1.txt

-I have also verified data from both linux machines exist in lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/data/Linux/no_hmc/ entering: "ls -l *.mmm" for

  • localhost.localdomain
  • Thinkpad-L14-Gen-2

The problem is 24 hours have passed and I do not see the physical servers in the lpar2rrd UI menu.

All I get a simple menu with empty fields as follows:

-------------------

LPAR2RRD

DASHBOARD

CUSTOM GROUPS

Reporter

-------------------------

Have I missed something to add the physical servers in the UI menu?

Is there any config file to specify the list of physical linux servers?

I have verified the daemons both on the server side and the agent side and it looks there is no problem in receiveing metrics from the agents and storing them in data/Linux/...

Any idea?

Best regards,

Jorge
