I need help, my switch is not graphing, field: "Data", follow logs:

Hi Lucas,

we would need the full set of logs.

Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form.

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt
gzip -9 logs.tar

Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com
You might even attach screenshots when it helps in understanding of the issue.

email with the hotfix is probably also in your spam box.
Here it is:

Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin (755, stor2rrd owner)
-rwxr-xr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 383544  1. Oct 16.03 detail-graph-cgi.pl
If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv detail-graph-cgi.pl.gz detail-graph-cgi.pl

After than, refresh GUI (ctrl+F5).
