HPE StoreOnce - some VTL items and Catalyst stores not displayed in stor2rrd

Hello,

we have an HPE StoreOnce 6500 library connected to stor2rrd server. Stor2rrd does pretty well, especially after some tweaking and script updates the Support did for us. However, I've recently discovered that a few items are missing from stor2rrd. For example, SO6500 -> VTL -> Items shows 6 libraries, but in the StoreOnce admin interface I see 8. Looks like stor2rrd does not extract any configuration for virtual libraries on Service Set 1. The same goes to StoreOnce Catalyst stores. Could you please help us out?

Send us logs and IOSTATS files for affected storage and a screenshot of what should be seen (what is missing in stor2rrd)

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir

tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt data/<STORAGE_NAME>/IOSTATS/*

gzip -9 logs.tar
