Cron command error

I am getting this mail whenever the lpar2rrd is loaded. Please help me to rectify this.

 ATDIR=/var/spool/cron/atjobs


Output from cron as follows:

/usr/sbin/dumpctrl -k >/dev/null 2>/dev/null
0481-109 You are not authorized to use the cron command.



I did the following but still i am getting this error
chuser daemon=true myuser
chsec -f /etc/security/user -s default -a daemon=true

    do you have entry lpar2rrd in cron.allow file?
  • yes i have lpar2rrd twice in that cron.allow file
  • This is an operating system issue. We cannot support it, ask IBM support (supposse it is AIX).
  • ok thank you so much pavel. In heatmap we are getting only CPU but not memory ? it is only for customers in contract?
