Fixed this error by removing /usr/lib64/perl5/ and reinstalling all perl packages.

Hello Pavel I'm using chrome. No error reported. Please note that I'm not using apache which comes with os. I've installed apache in custom location and using it. Please find console message. No new lines generated when I click on 'New'
