Hi, this is not general IBM i forum, this forum is focused on Xorux's family performance monitoring tools (which is also able to monitor IBM i LPARs). I would use this one instead: https://community.ibm.com/community/user/power/communities/community-home/digestviewer?CommunityKey=f0246bc4-08f3-43c5-a7f8-b6a64d387894

you have to download it from the Dell site and install it at first, hopefully it will support that operating system, refer here: https://stor2rrd.com/EMC-PowerMax-VMAX-VNX-Unity-VPLEX-DataDomain-Isilon-XtremIO-CLARiiON-Celerra-monitoring.php#UNITY

Hi, I am affraid you will have to ask IBM support directly. That forum is about Xorux products only. We do monitoring IBM FlashSystems (demo: https://demo.stor2rrd.com/?menu=861764e&tab=undefined ) but we do not use the API, we use FlashSystem CLI. Thus we are unable to help you anywhow.

send us some screenshots to document the issue to: support at lpar2rrd dot com

what is your local time on lpar2rrd/stor2rrd server? is it in your timezone? Are monitored devices in your timezone?
-
I understand you, but is implementated green --> red status only alerting. We would have to re-implement complete alerting for that.

as per our priorities end of 2024, actually no priority for us, sorry
-
I understand you, but we do not keep alert history necessary for such things to check if there is a any further change which would case red change. we do is simple green/red alerting only, nothing else for now. It is same like for the storage healt status. If the storage go to red state (some HW error) we do not alert any…
