Hi, it happens on AIX after daylight saving change.Kill them, such behaviour stops after 1-2 day usually. it look slike something between AIX and rrdtool, they are not our product so hard to do anything.

can you try to remove openssl? System openssl persist (lslpp -L | grep -i ssl), just rpm can be deleted as it came as rrdtool prerequisite rpm -e openssl-1.0.1l-1 --nodeps
