Lack of CPU resources. With REST API we must get data every 20 minutes (HMC saves it for last 30 minutes only) and when load does not fit then the gap occurs.

Hi, VMAX does not provide healt status through the REST API, perhaps in Unisphere 9.x it could be but we do not have access to it to test it. https://www.dell.com/community/VMAX/VMAX-REST-API-query-to-check-system-hardware-health/td-p/7140860 We are not aware any method how to get health status from Unisphere.
-
Hi, we have already fixed it in config_ check.sh but forgotten about DeviceConnTest.pm, thanks!

Hi, read this: https://www.lpar2rrd.com/wrkactjob.htm wrkactjob and cputop are based only on top10 processys for every minute, real used CPU will be always higher depends on usage of the LPAR. basically wrkactjob and cputop is monitoring solution mainly for jobs running long time and using a lot of CPU.
