Hi, There was Daylight Saving Time last weekend, right? Are you on AIX? There is a problem of rrdtool on AIX after Daylight Saving Time, we know that for years but no idea what we can do, problem is not in our software. It does not happen for all AIX users. Problem disappears when Daylight Saving Time change is more than…

well, I do not understand that fully, no big experience with HNAS, however, do you think that even for HNAS you need to have possibility to set snmp context in stor2rrd cfg?Would that resolve the issue?
-
Hi, ok, this must be implemented, it does not sound like a big deal, rather small enhancement. Just a question, is not that HNAS? There we use snmp for NAS stats. It is supported by stor2rrd but even there we do not need to set Context.
-
Hi, this must return some data (replace XXXX for your password) /usr/bin/wbemcli -noverify -nl ei https://stor2rrd:XXXX@172.17.1.214:5989/root/hpq:CIM_ComputerSystem
-
Hi, at first, it is not about Traps. We do SNMP get to pool regulary storage event log. Why is mandatory SNMP context? We do not use it, it works for everyone without it.
-
Hi, is that MSA gen3+?
-
yes
-
Hi, block size is determined by: data rate/IOPS Do you see increase of data rate and IOPS during on your volume during your test?
-
no this is not a problem, looks like it is not processing new xml file, latest processed isdata/DS211/svc.config.backup.xml.check from 15th of March.I suppose there is still old configuration. send ustar cvf d1.tar data/DS211/*xml* logs/*DS211gzip -9 d1.tarhttps://upload.stor2rrd.com refere to this case
-
storage probably did not provide data, definitelly not by design :)
-
it is something what have added to the product in 2015, since then it bahaves same, it remembers latest state and recover it when it is started again
-
this one looks actual: data/DC-DS20/svc.config.cron.xml_78E02E9-1this is provided by the storfage, edit it and check if there are such hostanmes, they will be thereIf so then storage reporting them to us. It must be a storage issue the.
-
1. it looks fresh, is information inside correct? cat data/<storage>/HOST/hosts.cfg
-
Hi, yes, it is supported since that version.
-
1. date cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrdls -l data/<storage>/HOST*/ls -l data/<storage>/*xml*
-
2. I suppose there is installed module like this:perl-Net-OpenSSH-0.62-1.el7.noarch remove it byt: rpm -e perl-Net-OpenSSH-0.62-1.el7.noarch Then will be used module from /home/stor2rrd/str2rrd/lib/Net/OpenSSH which is newer. let us know if that resolves it.
-
ok, there is just missing graphical presentation, righ? mean green arrow.
-
Hi, 1. host configuration is refreshed in stor2rrd once a day for this kind of storage (Storwize)Is that more that 24 hours already since changes? 2.cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd . etc/stor2rrd.cfg $PERL -MNet::OpenSSH -e 'print "Version: $Net::OpenSSH::VERSION\n"'
-
Hi, is that about graphs or just tables?lets switch to email, you are a customer, use support at stor2rrd dot com
-
strange, when it work from command line then it should work even from the script logsNote a short problem description in the text field of the upload form. cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt gzip -9 logs.tar Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com
-

-
Hi, it was possible in older dashboard implementation, but not in the actual one.I created task for development, it will not happen early but we might do it in the future, thanks.
-
Hi, no, this is not possible/implemented, each user has its own dashboard.
-
Hi, send us1. screenshot from the UI 2. on the agent side, this output /usr/bin/perl /opt/lpar2rrd-agent/lpar2rrd-agent.pl -d test https://upload.lpar2rd.com
-
Hi, add a graph to the dashboard (create your tabs and groups) by click on a start at each graph.Does it work?
-
Hi, yes but why? We think it is fine to have it like it is now.
-
Hi Piotr, send us logs 1. screenshot from the UI 2. logs Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form. cd /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd # or where is your LPAR2RRD working dir tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt tmp/*json gzip -9 logs.tar Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.lpar2rrd.com

Hi, I do not understand fully, what page are you talking about exactly?
-
HI, is traffic reported even by iostat via more adapters ?iostat -Dsal
-
Hi, yep, we know, mirror writes are not included, it must be implemented, it is on our todo list already for a while.I cannot say when we will implement it, it is all about priorities :)
Howdy, Stranger!
