Hi, not yet, I will chase it up.
-
Hi, send us this:cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd tail -100 logs/error.log-<storage name> support@stor2rrd. com
-
we will implement PORT alerting generally, then it will work for all storages and their ports
-
yes, ther eis a workaround suggested someone to us.At first check what path is active and then assigne all traffic to it.At least it is how I understood it, we have not tested code yet he has provided us.
-
Hi, it is not sorted anyhow, we will sort it alfabetically in next version
-
it is not customizable, change alias (rename it).http://www.stor2rrd.com/how_to_rename_storage.htm?1.2.5
-
Hi, what order exactly? it is alfabetically sortedhttp://demo.stor2rrd.com/?menu=ea7021f&tab=undefined
-
Sorry, it does not sound like a general solution ...
-
Hi, from our side it might be good when they are stopped, we alerting it.What do you suggest?
-
it take some time, it has been passed to DS8k developer, some remote copy data is corrupted from an unclear reason ...
-
we are looking at that, we will let you know
-
VNX and Clariion is exactly same implementation, there is no differencedo you see aliases in tmp/menu.txt?grep <alias> tmp/menu.txt
-
well, I will add it to our TODO, but no priority
-
do you use any hot-fix or regular distribution?
-
Hi, I affraid we cannot do too much here, switches are not able to response to snmp queries within given time period. We are planing to do some optimalisation in the code at start of new year, it might help a bit.It is unfortunatelly all we can do for now :(
-
Hi, no any plan, basically no general demand, you are the first one ...
-
Do you use command device? I see /dev/sd Followhttp://www.stor2rrd.com/HDS-VSPG-command-device-cfg.htmlProbably user rigths for command device is wrong ls -l /dev/sd*
-
Hi, port alerting is not implemented.Just volumes, pools and complete storage (all pools).
-
Hi, send us logs: Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form. cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt gzip -9 logs.tar Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com
-
Hi, do you have a space in alias name or in volume name?
-
http://www.lpar2rrd.com/download-static/vcenter-list-cgi.pl.gz Gunzip it and copy to /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/bin (755, lpar2rrd owner) If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv vcenter-list-cgi.pl.gz vcenter-list-cgi.pl Assure that file size is same as above listed one -rwxrwxr-x 1 lpar2rrd…
-
ok, I see it, we are able to simulate it. We will send you a fix soon. Anyway free version has a limitation to 1 VM in single pdf http://www.lpar2rrd.com/support.htm?3.0
-
it does not matter, it should work for both, but better to place it on the top of 2.40-4
-
Hi, uset this patch: http://www.stor2rrd.com/download-static/Xorux_lib.pm.gz Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin (755, stor2rrd owner) -rwxrwxr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 17117 Nov 28 12:55 bin/Xorux_lib.pm If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv Xorux_lib.pm.gz Xorux_lib.pmAssure that…
-
Hi, does that fail even if you choose other 9 VMs?What happen if you select less VMs than 9?
-
Hi, it is not officially provided or supported by us.
-
Hi Zach, I do not think it helps you, latest 2.40-3 you use already contains the latest copyservices fix.Anyway try it and let us know, we are working on a workaround for excluding copyservoces alerting as per other thread.
-

-
Hi, what is your stor2rrd version?
-
