Hi Anthon, no one from 2 CPU counters work for your switch.We do not know any other SNMP counter with CPU utilisation, same for memory. What I can only suggest is contacting your local vendor support and ask if CPU/memory utilization is provided via SNMP for you switches, if so then what counters.
