Hi, do you have correct time on the storage? Is the strage at the same TZ as stor2rrd?
-
Hi Marek, can you upgrade to this version yet? We have just finished further enahncements especially for such big environments. https://www.lpar2rrd.com/download-static/lpar2rrd-6.16-28.tar Then go to /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd (lpar2rrd working dir) and set this in etc/.magic: export VMWARE_PARALLEL_RUN=250 chmod 644…
-
ok, can you add vcenter again? What happens? Same issue? ls -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/.vmware/credstorels -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/etc/web_config
-
yep, HMC API provide wrong counters, let us know what IBM support says on that
-
ok, we have already seen it once. Problem is that idle counter is bigger than capped on CPU dedicated "processor" : { "idleProcCycles" : 392909585077801644, "mode" : "share_idle_procs", "totalInstructionsExecutionTime" : 448132652086823331, "utilizedUnCappedProcCycles" : 0, "utilizedCappedProcCycles" : 356082298421712944,…

Hi, ls -la /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/.vmware/credstoreps -ef| egrep "apache|http"
-
do not get it at all : graphs that are generated from the lamps inside the chassis
-
Send us logs. Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form. cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt etc/web_config/custom_groups.cfg gzip -9 logs.tar Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com
-
no plans, I do not think it is widelly used
-
Hi, what is exact mode of that lpar, CPU dedicated, shared idle ..., screenshot ideal.has that hapened afetr you changed it to COU dedicated?I got no idea what affinity process is
-
ok, it is resolution
-
yep /usr/opt/perl5/lib64/5.28.1 could be there but somewhere at the end
-
let me know if it is ok, also let me know this:grep PERL etc/stor2rrd.cfg
-
try this, all single line PERL5LIB=/export/web/stor2rrd/bin:/usr/opt/perl5/lib64/5.28.1:/opt/freeware/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8:/opt/freeware/lib/perl5/5.8.8:/usr/opt/perl5/lib/site_perl/5.10.1/aix-thread-multi:/opt/freeware/lib/perl/5.8.8:/usr/opt/perl5/lib/site_perl/5.8.2:/export/web/stor2rrd//lib if no change then…
-
what is your actual PERL5PATH? I guess the problem, already seen that. Is anything working? UI, graphs ...
-
ok, I though that "-v export" could do the trick :)Try to revert PERL5PATH from last working version (2.71)
-
there is not set PERL5LIB at all! since 1.35-1?? do not understandTry set the latest one fropm stor2rrd-1.32 in etc/stor2rrd.cfg…
-
Hi, issue with perl path, has it happened just after stor2rrd upgrade or AIX upgrade I think AIX upgrade ... grep PERL etc/sto2rrd.cfg| grep -v export grep PERL BACKUP-INSTALL/*/etc/stor2rrd.cfg| grep -v export
-
format looks good, any error during./load.sh custom
-
Hi, I do not understad that, what do you see? What do you do not see? Where is the problem? Do you miss data in graphs for some specific frame?
-
Hi, in case of dual HMC setup connect both HMCs to lpar2rrd.In case one HMC fails lpar2rrd still uses data from the second HMC and there will not be any gap in graphs. Does that answer your question?
-
I styill do not understand it, what do you mean by"condition of the chassis is incomplete in one of the two hmcs" How inclomplete? What does it mean incomplete? failed, what is failed, HMC, frame, HW, SW , I am totally lost and not moving ahead, wasting my time just
-
Hi, confirm certificate (change IP address in below example) su - stor2rrd (lpar2rrd on the appliance) export TPDCERTDIR=/home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/etc export TPDPWFILE=/home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/etc/.3par-172.26.47.241.pwf; /opt/hp_3par_cli/bin/cli -sys 172.26.47.241 -pwf /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/etc/.3par-172.26.47.241.pwf…
-
do you say that it does not work when one HMC is not available?
-
yes is one of them goes down for any reason you still have the other one which still collecting data and graphs will be without gapsI am talking about dual HMC setup.
-
still not clear, you can connect one or even 2 HMCs, result will be same in the UI.
-
Iam affraid I do not understand the question, pls describe it more
-
Hi, beta is already available, let us know if you want to test it: https://www.lpar2rrd.com/Nutanix-performance-monitoring.php
-
Hi, no, there is not such kind of alerting implemented
-
that explains it, storage appears in the UI as soon as there is at least 1 configured volume
Howdy, Stranger!
