But got no idea how it works in the full lpar mode, never tested it, but no one else has reported any problem here. what the problem is exactly? do not you see OS…

Hi, do you need to redirect REST API queries to the proxy on the operating system level, right?
-
Hi, no, no plans, we do mainly performance monitoring. temperature and energy is something what should be monitored by DC operation tools.
-
yes, upgrade to the free edition removes all enterprise features
-

Hi Piotr, convince AIX support to include SNMP packges into Linux toolbox. There is no general solution unles we make some dirty workarounds in the code + you would have to install very old openssl (not sure how it could coexist with the one you have there), might be there there is no solution at all ...

what is reporting vmstat in "pc" column? I think same as lpar2rrd/HMC. Involve AIX support ...
-
Hi, lpar2rrd presents CPU allocation which should be always higher than CPU utilisation from the OS point of view. Compare it with HMC native graphs, what do you see there?
-
Hi, From our point it is not a must feature. BTW it is available only via 3PAR CLI (ssh), 3PAR REST API (our preferable API) does not contain such data. Then we would be wiling to implement into our 3PAR monitoring only in case you consider support option from us, what is not real as your company has already refused our…

-
Hi, well, it could be by using "-d" option, then it sends it every minute. * * * * * /usr/bin/perl /opt/lpar2rrd-agent/lpar2rrd-agent.pl -d <lpar2rrd server> However it is intended for debug purposes mainly, with using of it all your OS agents will connnect lpar2rd server every minute, it might cause quite big load on…
-
I do not understand, I explained you that lpar2rrd agent sends data to the server once 20 - 30 minutes by default, what is the problem then?
-
Hi, OS agent collects 1 minute data locally on the LPAR and sends them to the server once 20 - 30 minutes. Does that explain your question?
-
well, better last cmd like this, above one would not have to work in all scenarios: chown -R lpar2rrd *
-
under root: cd /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd rm logs/error-cgi.log chown -R lpar2rrd .
-
Hi, send us a screenshot(s) documenting the issue to our support email https://lpar2rrd.com/contact.php
