Hi, it depends what was the cloning process. the new VM should have another (new) uuid, not the original VM one lpar2rrd Linux data dir e.g. /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/data/Linux/no_hmc/<your VM name> must contain file uuid.txt, in which there is the new uuid sent by agent from linux VM, and this is used for merging with…

Hi crontab is ok, the problem is, that many dirs ( & files) in data/ are not owned by lpar2rrd change the ownership ls -lL /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/data There really should't be any files owned by root. Lpar2rrd cannot access them in that case. find . -exec ls -l {} \; | grep root

seems the vmware_push_perf_data_to_rrd.pl stuckskill the jobskill 48362,48379 check after some hours either in graphs legend - "Updated. time" should changeor ls -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/tmp/VMWARE/*.txt | headthe files should start to disappear
-
seems it again stucksagain this: ps -ef|grep vmware_push_perfls -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/tmp/VMWARE/*.txt | headls -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/tmp/VMWARE/*.txt | tail
-
As you can see, those files are continuously pushed to RRD files, and the up to data state will be probably reached tomorrow, check those files byls -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/tmp/VMWARE/*.txt | headand you can see they are disappearing
-
these ones yetls -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/tmp/VMWARE/*.txt | headls -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/tmp/VMWARE/*.txt | tail
-
ls -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/tmp/VMWARE | headls -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/tmp/VMWARE | taills -l /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/tmp/VMWARE | wc -l
