Hello,

We have an issue with our switches. We have Cisco and Huawei Switches.
Data seem not be collected often between 9 PM until 7 AM.
Switches are 10/25 GB and have between 48 and 198 ports

I can not figured out where the issue comes

Any ideas ?

I'm running Stor2rrd 7.10. I have problem with Cisco switches. The configuration is correct but PORTS.cfg is empty
I have the same problem with 2 Cisco Switches.

I have this problem:
- when I specify in the web interface settings "Vendor Device - Non-Cisco Switch" for my huawei stack 2xHUAWEI CE6851-48S6Q-HI i can't see CPU and memory Statistics for them

I have tried to install the net-snmp-perl in Azure VM(CentOS 8) by following the stor2rrd LAN installation steps.
While installing,

[root@DEV ~]# yum install net-snmp-perl

Last metadata expiration check: 0:49:44 ago on Tue 03 Mar 2020 11:28:31 AM UTC.

No match for argument: net-snmp-perl

Error: Unable to find a match

Facing the above error. Not able to understand why I'm getting this error.
It's seems like CentOS 8 is not supporting net-snmp-perl package.

But, I've added the LAN switch and test the results.
It's gave the below error.
Can't locate SNMP.pm in @INC (you may need to install the SNMP module)

Can please help me on this.

Lan switch port aliasing

In the switch configuration GUI section, there is a column for alias.cfg. I have successfully implemented this for SAN port but the alias.cfg file does not give any reference for how to implement this for LAN switches. I have tried a few iterations such as:
PORT:N5K-SWITCH1:Ethernet1-25:hostname.net0

but I cannot get it to recognize LAN switch aliases and the cfg file states this is for SAN ports

Please can you advise on the correct procedure.

There are no picture / graph. Cursor is working all the time but if i click details i can see graph.

Is there any option to discover the devices with FQDN. In my case I have same device name in primary and secondary site, have different IP address and domain.

Example :- switch01.dc1.local (192.168.1.1) & switch01.dc2.local (192.168.2.1)

Even after creating the host file entry with fqdn, after adding both switch, first one get overwrite by second.

if there are any solution to this ??

I don't see a CPU/Memory graph in the web interface stor2rrd.

I have a problem with cisco switches and XoruX-2.32-OVF.zip (stor2rrd 2.52).

I have an error "Load error! (SyntaxError: JSON.parse: expected ',' or ']' after array element at line 1068 column 287 of the JSON data)" in the web interface.

I'm getting these errors when i run the command:

I have two stacked switches SG550XG-48T-K9. Unfortunately stor2rrd not collect CPU usage from these. I added this functionality by modifying files 'SNMP_lib.pm', 'lanperf.pl' in 'bin' dir and uploading required mibs 'CISCOSB-MIB.txt', 'CISCOSB-rndMng.txt' to 'MIBs' dir.

Tested:

switch: SG550XG-48T-K9

stor2rrd version: 2.50

OS: CentOS 7.5

Attached installation package CISCOSB_CpuUtil.tgz (unpack, verify stor2rrd path and run install.sh).

Maybe someone will use it...
